📋 Description

• Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes • Develop case supervision and clinical management • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans • Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians regarding client and family concerns • Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on the person served's age and ability • Include clients and families in treatment-goal setting and train families on treatment strategies and carryover skills • Give clear, concise instructions when presenting therapy materials and techniques • Accurately record and track daily client and family progress • Use session time efficiently to meet objectives • Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families • Plan discharge for the person served • Complete stage two assessments • Perform other assigned duties • Lead and mentor RBTs and support their professional development • Use digital phenotyping, intelligent assessment tools, and asynchronous supervision technology to improve access and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA certification for at least 1 year • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population • Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses, developing and implementing functional behavior plans, and overseeing and monitoring program implementation and adjustments • 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience • General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder • Managerial experience • Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keeping • Effective oral and written communication • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills • High level of confidentiality • Excellent organizational skills • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO • Ability to work within 9am–6pm MT • Ability to operate within Local, State, and Federal Regulations and adhere to FronteraCare policies and procedures
