📋 Description

• Develop new business for Frontier • Maintain and nurture existing advisor relationships • Develop and execute a strategic plan for an assigned territory • Manage and deploy resources to maximize territorial sales within the assigned budget • Provide consulting support to current and potential financial advisors • Coach and lead alongside the Regional Sales Consultant and Client Service Team • Promote a premier sales and service model for advisors • Develop relationships with existing and potential advisors with the RSC • Attend and present at broker/dealer conferences and events • Present strategies in person, by webcast, and through other sales tools • Update and maintain Salesforce CRM records of meetings • Maintain the regional budget • Travel 50–75%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 5 years of investment wholesale experience • Proven industry-established sales record • Strong industry relationships, preferably in the IBD and RIA space • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Pardot, Microsoft Office, and Zoom • Strong financial services knowledge • Series 65 and/or CFP® preferred
