📋 Description

• Complete onboarding and obtain required state licensing • Learn insurance policy provisions and coverage details • Apply specific regulations and complete final evaluation • Develop skills for effective client interaction and support • Understand the end-to-end claims process and system navigation • Gain knowledge of building components and materials • Learn fundamentals of property damage estimation • Acquire techniques for gathering and evaluating claim evidence • Assess policy coverage and determine claim applicability • Understand recovery processes and liability principles • Learn strategies for resolving conflicts and claim disputes • Participate in on-site inspections and fieldwork procedures • Deliver empathetic, customer-focused service throughout the claim lifecycle, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution • Apply policy interpretation and coverage evaluation skills to ensure fair and transparent claim outcomes • Conduct claim investigations, including on-site inspections, recorded statements, and evidence gathering • Utilize estimating tools and systems to assess property damage • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve disputes and support subrogation and liability processes • Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and state regulations • Assist with catastrophe operations, including extra hours during major events or deployment to affected areas

🎯 Requirements

• Obtain the Florida Adjuster's license within 60 days of hire • Obtain all other required state licenses within 90 days of hire • Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum one year of work or customer service experience • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to assist with catastrophe operations, including extra hours and deployment to affected areas as required
