📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements • Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and teams • Develop UX patterns and design foundations that improve consistency
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX work across complex web and/or mobile experiences. • Ability to thrive in busy environments while maintaining structure and clarity. • Strong collaboration skills across disciplines with clients and teams. • Proven track record of delivering polished UX that improves usability, engagement, or conversion.
