📋 Description

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports with key business metrics. • Aggregate data from Salesforce, SAP, EXFM, and other business systems into Excel for reports and business insights. • Provide regional and national market share analytics for GI, pulmonary, and surgical call points. • Create dashboards and automated reports using SAP and SFDC. • Use six-month rolling SFDC data to support forecasting for the U.S. market with the factory in Japan. • Identify trends and analyze reports, data, and business-unit Profit & Loss statements. • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership and recommend actions to sales leaders. • Manage CRM platforms and ensure accurate data entry and integrity. • Use Definitive Healthcare and SAP to support analysis. • Train sales teams on CRM tools. • Monitor opportunities and quote tracking and integrate with enterprise systems. • Manage the accuracy of quotable parts in the CPQ Quote tool connected to Salesforce.com. • Develop and maintain GPO/IDN price lists. • Conduct pricing analytics and support pricing strategies. • Assist with annual sales quotas and incentive plans. • Support sales projects involving data mining, forecasting, and business intelligence. • Facilitate new-hire onboarding with reports and training. • Maintain an online sales and marketing system and liaise with IT on technical issues. • Design workflows and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and analytics delivery. • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and R&D. • Provide operational support for ad hoc meetings, presentations, and reports. • Manage demo inventory, equipment allocation, locations, availability, and asset tracking. • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role preferred. • Experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred. • Familiarity with GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy markets and advanced therapeutic procedures is a plus. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Advanced knowledge of SAP, CRM and EXFM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools are preferred. • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to interpret data and make recommendations to Senior Leadership. • Ability to provide training to employees regarding CRM. • Pricing analytics/pricing strategy experience. • Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex ideas. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Demonstrated process improvement capabilities. • Demonstrated project management capabilities. • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. • Proficiency in statistical concepts and mathematical analysis. • Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate items, including keyboards. • Ability to sit, stand, talk, and hear. • Close vision capabilities for reviewing detailed reports and metrics. • Travel requirements up to 10% to attend trade shows, training, or cross-functional meetings. • Must comply with applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 requirements, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
