📋 Description

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on systems within the assigned service area. • Perform unscheduled maintenance with assistance from technical support. • Work independently on preventative maintenance and typically receive assistance for unscheduled maintenance. • Perform product and peripheral-equipment installations and de-installations with some assistance. • Maintain effective relationships with field personnel, home-office personnel, management, and customers. • Communicate with management to escalate issues and customer concerns. • Complete administrative duties including electronic expense reports, weekly timecards, work orders, service appointments, start times, parts inventory, consumption and returns, computer-based training, and QA/RA work. • Maintain customer service orders and internal service records according to Fujifilm policies. • Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up, supporting customer satisfaction. • Use escalation processes and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve service-delivery issues. • Complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and promptly. • Travel as required, including overnight and air travel. • Maintain exceptional customer relations. • Maintain assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts; return parts within required time frames. • Promote the image and reputation of HCUS internally and externally. • Perform other duties assigned by the Area Service Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience. • Minimum one year of previous field service experience. • Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance. • Active listening skills and above average customer service skills. • Sound organization and administrative skills; self-starter with ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company required standards. • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. • Ability to operate job-related test equipment, including oscilloscope, meter, and diagnostic testers. • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. • Good interpersonal skills. • Reliability and ability to work independently. • Ability to project a professional image. • Ability to work odd hours and occasional overtime; travel as required. • Ability to comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • Ability to comply with and pass vendor credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access. • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and twisting. • Ability to work in medical and clinical environments, including sites under construction. • Ability to work in high magnetic fields of up to 3 Tesla, subject to implanted-device safety risks.
