📋 Description

• Lead and manage indirect purchasing activities for FUJIFILM group companies across North America • Research, evaluate, negotiate, and analyze procurement of goods and services • Place and manage purchase orders, including blanket purchase orders for indirect non-stock materials • Execute purchasing processes from requisition through purchase order issuance, goods receipt, and vendor payment • Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with supervision • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, data entry, and archives • Review required purchase-order documentation, including SS Forms, legal contract approvals, and ISN contractor verification • Manage goods receipt schedules and resolve price, quantity, and item discrepancies with suppliers • Expedite priority orders and maintain service-level targets • Facilitate vendor additions and FUJIFILM account setups • Serve as primary contact for routine supplier inquiries and communications • Support audits and procurement compliance • Participate in safety, health, and training programs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide procurement guidance to requisitioners and end users • Prepare reports, charts, memorandums, procurement analytics, and management reports • Support Strategic Sourcing Buyers with cost-saving and value-add initiatives • Guide requisitioners on procurement best practices and policy adherence • Follow ethics, regulatory standards, and sustainability or green procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 5 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry • Experience with MS Office Suite, SAP, Ariba and procurement transactions • Experience in purchasing tools, commodities, and materials • Sound knowledge of procurement, value, and cost analysis • Ability to manage supplier relationships • Proven ability to navigate and utilize the Ariba B&I Module • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize objectives • Ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies • General understanding of commercial processes, cost structure, and financial controlling methods • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail • Experience with cost improvement projects and industry best practices • Knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma problem-solving methodology • Understanding of lean manufacturing or exposure to continuous improvement • Ability to make sound, timely decisions • Ability to work without direct supervision in a safe and effective manner • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
