• Own a portfolio of Fulcrum customers after implementation, retaining and growing relationships over time • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, from executive priorities to shop-floor workflows • Ask probing questions, investigate problems, and distinguish symptoms from root causes • Build relationships across complex customer organizations and navigate organizational politics • Identify account risk early, communicate internally, and create paths forward before revenue is threatened • Create and close expansion opportunities by identifying valuable problems Fulcrum can solve • Balance commercial growth with long-term customer trust • Use AI and other tools to analyze customer problems, work with data, prototype ideas, automate work, and solve technical problems • Learn Fulcrum products deeply enough to teach, demonstrate, troubleshoot, and sell them • Get hands-on when customers need help rather than reflexively routing problems to other teams • Lead executive conversations and business reviews focused on business outcomes and decisions • Re-engage struggling accounts and restore momentum • Manage renewals with no surprises by understanding account health, politics, value, and likely commercial outcome • Bring customer patterns back to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM • Operate without a complete playbook and improve the AM team’s processes • Collaborate with customers, Launch Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Account Executives
• Evidence of capability to own sophisticated customer relationships, diagnose difficult problems, learn quickly, and create commercial outcomes • Experience may come from Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, technical sales, or other customer-facing roles • Deep curiosity and ability to investigate customer problems and root causes • Ability to learn manufacturing processes, Fulcrum products, integrations, and technical problems • Active use of AI, including tools such as Claude Code • Judgment and presence to navigate complex organizations, competing priorities, frustrated stakeholders, and senior executives • Ability to build high-trust relationships, challenge customers, and sell when in their best interest • Ability to create opportunities proactively • Ownership of problems through resolution • Comfort operating with high velocity, limited structure, and ambiguity • Industrious, detail-oriented, experimental approach • Ability to collaborate independently and know when to involve experts • Must be located in the U.S. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is unavailable
