📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech) • Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress • Follow the school district's calendar • Complete assignments for the 2026–27 school year

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), and a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), or be willing to pursue reciprocity • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held • Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families • Must be authorized to work in the United States
