📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, high-quality OT instruction in a remote classroom • Build rapport and momentum comparable to an in-person therapist • Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills • Translate evaluation findings into clear, actionable goals • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP in a remote setting • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program • A Minnesota OT license from the MN Board of Occupational Therapy Practice, or an OT Compact privilege from Indiana, Maryland, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin • Comfort and experience with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting • A reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup with webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace • Strong remote-collaboration skills • Authorization to work in the United States
