• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. • Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions. • Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes. • Identify expansion opportunities across software, payments, and related services. • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to improve customer adoption. • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasting, and pipeline management within Salesforce. • Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and expansion targets. • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and key stakeholders. • Surface customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales experience. • Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth. • Experience managing customer portfolios and renewal cycles. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.
