📋 Description

• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple campaigns simultaneously • Gather assets and requirements for campaign creation and changes • Assist in the implementation, onboarding, and renewals of digital marketing initiatives across various channels • Collaborate with sales, creative, content, and digital advertisement teams • Support development of digital assets, ad copy, and paid media campaigns aligned with client objectives • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients and internal and external stakeholders • Maintain regular communication to project manage all aspects of digital campaigns • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign assets and materials • Input and organize campaign data into the CRM for internal teams • Ensure information is available for efficient campaign setup and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp is a plus • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or client-facing roles
