📋 Description

• Strategically manage and develop Amazon accounts • Analyze performance data and derive concrete action plans • Develop account strategies and prioritize initiatives • Manage and coordinate internal specialists • Prepare and lead client meetings • Brief and delegate tasks, and follow up on deadlines • Ensure quality and monitor implementation • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams • Continuously improve processes, SOPs, and best practices • Use AI tools for analysis, research, and efficient workflows • Independently manage clients and take ownership of the growth and development of their Amazon accounts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on Amazon experience in a Seller or Vendor environment • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising, content, SEO, conversion, and operations • Experience analyzing performance data • Excellent German and English language skills • Structured, independent, and reliable working style • Experience in client management and project management • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills • Experience at an Amazon agency or with B2B clients is preferred • Willingness to take ownership, think proactively, set priorities, and actively lead clients and teams
