📋 Description

• Responsible for selling complex technological products or services to businesses. • The Sales Engineer will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment and service.

• Strong understanding of how to create highly satisfied customer • Firm commitment to excellence and high standards • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to • communicate information clearly and effectively • Interpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments and leadership • Excellent analytical, problem solving, process analysis, and improving business practice skills • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Strong presentation skills • Outstanding time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while • meeting deadlines • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities • Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused • environment • Effective sales competency • Technical aptitude with air compression and rotating equipment preferred • Knowledge of technical products, rotating equipment, air compression products and their • applications • Knowledge of industrial distribution models or multi step distribution preferred • Advocates a safety-first attitude in all aspects of position • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software; Salesforce experience preferred
