📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Rendering all messages accurately and completely, without adding, omitting, or substituting. • Provide the highest level of customer service during interpreting. • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client by rendering accurate interpretation of the message. • Go into internal professional training. • Communicate and report to your team leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Accurate communication between non-English and English speakers during calls. • Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical). • Be prepared to take notes during a call. • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting. • Technical requirements include dedicated high-speed, secured internet connection, minimum download speed of 20 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps. • Must have a minimum Windows 10 operating system, 8 GB RAM, and computers that operate in “High Performance” mode. • Use of a noise-cancelling wired headset is mandatory.
