📋 Description

• Provide daily user support for Salesforce and Operative.One, including troubleshooting, permissions/configuration management, and issue resolution across order-to-cash workflows • Serve as system administrator for the Commercial team’s Salesforce and Operative environments • Manage user access and maintain system configurations • Coordinate with global admin teams on updates and enhancements • Assist in generating Salesforce and Operative.One reports and dashboards • Support data hygiene and validation to ensure system consistency and accuracy • Help onboard new users and promote best practices • Develop training materials and process documentation • Deliver training sessions across commercial teams • Document current workflows, identify inefficiencies and potential gaps, and help develop and implement system solutions • Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Client Success, Ad Ops, and Finance teams to align systems and processes with business objectives • Report to the Senior Manager, Global Operations and Support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or systems coordination role, preferably in adtech, media, or publishing • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM and/or Operative.One or an equivalent OMS • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Comfort working with incomplete or disparate data and performing quality checks • Familiarity with commercial workflows and processes such as data entry, order booking, or pipeline management • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Detail-oriented and collaborative mindset • Experience supporting cross-functional commercial teams • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Interest in optimizing tools and processes
