📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning • Lead pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders • Convert pilots to paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion • Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback • Lead the seed raise with support from FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team • Establish the company's cultural foundation • Submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-alignment note to apply

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management • Ability to understand the operational differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative roadblocks • Familiarity with fragmented smaller EHR/PM systems and the technology stacks used by billers • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the applicant's founder goals
