📋 Description

• Set the venture’s technical direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CTO • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one • Translate rough product intent into structure, context, and specifications executable by humans and AI systems • Build maintainable AI products using modern tools, frontier models, and agentic systems • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations and shape the product around real workflows • Prove traction before scaling and prioritize validation before team-building • Contribute to fundraising, including investor conversations and due diligence • Recruit and grow the technical team when appropriate • Establish the company’s cultural foundation • Co-create the venture with FutureSight’s cross-functional team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability • Ability to translate messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications • Comfortable participating in customer conversations and shaping products around real workflows • Rigorous approach to verification, feedback loops, evaluation, and trustworthy systems • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader • Fundraising experience is a strong plus • Founder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, ability to work independently, and willingness to commit fully • Must submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining venture alignment
