📋 Description

• Set the venture’s technical direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CTO • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment • Translate rough product intent into structure, context, and executable specifications • Build maintainable AI products using modern tools, frontier models, and agentic systems • Participate in early customer conversations and shape the product around real workflows • Prove customer traction before scaling the product or team • Contribute to fundraising, investor conversations, and due diligence • Recruit and grow the technical team when appropriate • Establish the company’s technical and cultural foundation • Build alongside FutureSight’s cross-functional venture-building team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures • Strong system design instincts and bias for simplicity and maintainability • Ability to translate messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications • Comfortable participating in customer conversations and shaping products around real workflows • Rigorous approach to verification, feedback loops, evaluation, and trustworthy systems • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader • Fundraising experience is a strong plus • Founder mindset and ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity • Willingness to commit fully to a full-time, exclusive venture-building role • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-goals note required to apply
