📋 Description

• Enter large amounts of data accurately and efficiently into a computer system or database • Ensure data is entered without errors or inconsistencies • Identify errors, inconsistencies, patterns, and anomalies in entered data • Organize data logically and consistently • Categorize and properly format data • Store data in the correct location within a database or system • Complete tasks efficiently by identifying and correcting errors • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed to meet company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience • High comfort level with technology, particularly Google tools • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment • Strong organizational skills • Written and verbal communication abilities • Attention to detail • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies • Ability to perform frequent repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
