📋 Description

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports • Reassess results to ensure metrics are achieved • Optimize workforce coverage hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly across different lines and sites • Resolve real-time issues and contribute to solutions through interaction with operations and IT • Identify efficiency opportunities using data validation • Develop user-friendly performance data reports • Present findings weekly to staff and operations leadership • Analyze historical interactions to identify drivers of volume fluctuations • Maintain understanding of call and email drivers • Assist the capacity manager with forecasting and scheduling • Support special projects and assignments • Assist stakeholders with ad hoc report requests • Create new-hire schedules and identify coverage gaps • Update and maintain Verint Monet and other workforce-management software • Monitor queues in real time to reallocate resources and maintain service levels

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience • Ability to work successfully in a rapid-growth virtual environment with significant changes • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff • Ability to prioritize and meet timelines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with minimal guidance and create solutions to difficult problems • Experience with Verint, Amazon Connect, and Aqueon • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel • Proficiency creating and manipulating pivot tables and formulas • Experience in a scheduling environment is a plus • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Applicants must not require visa sponsorship
