📋 Description

• Oversee program resources to achieve cost, performance, and quality objectives for large, complex, multi-account programs • Lead project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget • Oversee development of work statements, scope and priority definitions, budgets, and schedules • Develop documents according to standards and client requirements • Oversee selection of assigned project personnel • Ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives • Act as point of contact with client program management • Review program status and identify risks • Document program progress, timelines, issues, risks, and successes • Assess results and implement risk mitigation solutions • Maintain quality of program deliverables and resolve significant matters affecting multiple complex programs • Manage project changes involving technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules • Gather information on possible solutions and project objectives • Participate in executive-level project decisions and direction • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls • Manage expectations using project metrics • Improve customer information technology performance through corporate synergies • Gather and analyze client feedback for future programs • Prepare and recommend program operating and personnel budgets • Monitor spending and recommend budget variances • Balance people, budget, materials, and time across complex global projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of project management experience • Experience with project management methodologies such as Catalyst • Experience with budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies • Experience with earned value management • Experience with project management software • Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and practices • Experience with quality management approaches and techniques • Experience with delivery assurance policies, procedures, and principles • Experience with productivity and methodology tools that improve project efficiency and effectiveness • Experience with administrative processes • Experience with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors • Experience with delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures
