• Lead initiatives that directly impact products and customers • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams • Own execution and drive coordination across multiple teams • Ensure tight coordination on project deliverables • Gather and leverage data-driven insights to improve customer models • Contribute to cross-functional coordination and planning for complex projects • Provide clear and transparent updates to stakeholders

• 2+ years of experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • High threshold for navigating ambiguity • Interest in AI systems (direct AI/ML experience valued but not required)
