📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients • Build trusted relationships with regional and national client leadership • Lead weekly business updates, strategic planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Translate client initiatives into actionable plans for internal teams • Ensure consistent communication, accountability, and execution across all stakeholders • Own overall program performance across multiple markets • Monitor sales, completion, quality, compliance, and operational KPIs • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve subscriber growth • Develop strategic initiatives designed to increase sales productivity and customer quality • Present performance insights to client stakeholders • Communicate key wins, risks, and action plans with clarity and confidence • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Training, and Executive Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales, program management, account management, consulting, or business operations experience • Experience supporting enterprise clients or national accounts • Strong presentation and executive communication skills • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive presentations • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel throughout the United States
