📋 Description

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs • Assist in modifying company products and customer/internal systems to meet client and end-user needs • Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for program changes • Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements under periodic supervision • Design programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs • Write specifications for low- to moderate-complexity programs • Assist in resolving production support problems and suggest alternative solutions • Develop test plans to verify new or modified program logic and identify issues • Create program code and technical documentation • Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews • Research industry technical trends and new developments to maintain current skills and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in Programming or Software Testing • Working knowledge of SQL, C Programming Language, Linux, and IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) • Experience developing and supporting applications using appropriate programming languages, operating systems, and software tools • Experience working with relational databases and SQL to support application development, testing, and troubleshooting • Basic to intermediate programming skills • Ability to analyze, develop, and maintain software solutions • Ability to work a regular 40-hour business work week, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Eastern Time • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
