📋 Description

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and create Requirement Specification and Design Documents • Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks • Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex to complex technical programs • Provide on-call support and troubleshoot production issues • Perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and continuous improvement • Participate in and conduct peer reviews • Evaluate existing systems and programs and recommend enhancements • Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects • Validate program requirements and identify/address issues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working on application development projects and with relational databases • 3+ years of experience with C programming and Unix or Linux environments • Expertise in batch job automation and notification services • Experience writing specifications and design documentation, including UML diagrams • Healthcare/Medicaid work experience is a plus • Must be located in the contiguous United States • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation if hired
