📋 Description

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services • Deliver friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish • Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in company systems • Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in California • Fluent in English and Spanish • At least one year of experience working in a call center or contact center environment assisting customers by phone • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone • Comfortable assisting customers professionally in both English and Spanish • Required to complete a pre-employment assessment if selected to move forward
