📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes • Support clients’ technological aspirations • Bridge clients, project managers, and technical personnel • Define, track, and communicate business requirements and expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios • Verify client requirements are incorporated into system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections • Ensure the intent of change is carried out through every project phase

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in a healthcare environment • Required healthcare claims experience • Ability to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions • Experience supporting system, integration, and user acceptance testing • Strong analytical, process improvement, and quantitative analysis skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams • Must be located in the Contiguous US for remote work options
