📋 Description

• Process DAPO work items, provider updates, and pharmacy-related data changes accurately and within required timeframes • Review provider records for completeness, discrepancies, and compliance with state and federal guidelines • Follow defined workflows to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed • Document actions clearly according to audit, contract, and policy requirements • Partner with internal teams to support accurate provider information across operational systems • Support healthcare program operations and high-quality service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification, PTCB required • 1–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider data, pharmacy tech work, retail pharmacy, claims, or similar environments — experience is preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Ability to follow structured procedures • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Comfort navigating multiple systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload • Willingness to work an 8-hour shift within the 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST schedule window • Video camera use required during interviews and the first week of orientation
