📋 Description

• Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources • Use machine learning and predictive modeling tools • Build analytic models to identify and quantify solutions to business problems • Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analyses and experiments to client, service, and business managers • Determine probable future outcomes and recommend and deliver new business process improvements • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel building software programs, algorithms, and automated processes • Cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources • Select modeling methodologies based on use case, data, cost, and timing constraints • Champion global data science initiatives and build centers of excellence • Act as a leading subject matter expert by providing guidance and long-term vision • Influence client strategic decisions through industry expertise and innovative analytics solutions in operational systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in statistics, analytics, or machine learning • Extensive knowledge of data science methodologies, including classical regression, neural nets, sequence analysis, cluster analysis, and text mining • Experience with multi-dimensional and/or relational databases such as NoSQL and OLAP • Experience manipulating high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varied sources • Experience with big data integration and analysis tools such as R, Matlab, and SAS • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and general quality control principles • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
