📋 Description
• Oversee work across three functional areas, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and client relationship management • Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring team members • Address escalations, and collaborate with other project managers for successful outcomes • Assist in keeping projects moving to deliver better health and human services outcomes • Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger technological programs • Spearhead project planning, tracking and oversight of assigned staff • Communicate project metrics/status to clients and recommend program changes as needed • Create project schedules, budgets and objectives to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Seven or more years of experience in project and/or program management • Proven experience as a team lead or in a management capacity • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies • Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology (required); Agile methodology experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Project; experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO) preferred
