📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of service delivery for Gainwell Technologies customer accounts • Serve as a trusted delivery advisor to the Account General Manager • Act as a Delivery organization subject matter expert across customer needs • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer contracts and delivery implications • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, IT, implementation, engineering, product management, and other teams • Support new service introductions and enhancements • Implement and manage systematic delivery status reporting for customers and Gainwell • Build relationships with shared-service leaders and customer stakeholders at all levels • Establish a data- and metrics-driven governance approach with systematic escalation processes, including escalation to the COO when necessary • Manage recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and other people responsibilities

• Strong, demonstrated program management skills, navigating strategic and tactical delivery management • Ability to inspire confidence with clients and Gainwell leadership • Strong financial acumen and ability to balance client value with cost optimization • Expertise collaborating in deeply matrixed environments across large teams • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities with external clients and internal-facing teams • In-depth understanding of the Healthcare/Medicaid business, clients, and solutions • Comprehensive understanding of customer contracts, including terms and conditions and their impact on delivery • Ability to handle recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and other people-management responsibilities
