📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of account and regional PMO organizations, governance structures, operating models, delivery objectives, resource models, and stakeholder relationships • Build partnerships with Client Delivery Leads, Account Executives, PMO leaders, Operations, Finance, HR, and Delivery Leadership • Align PMO activities with business priorities, strategic initiatives, and client commitments • Establish and promote best practices, standardized governance processes, reporting frameworks, delivery methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure execution of executive reviews, status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation processes, and commitment tracking • Provide regional portfolio oversight and consolidated visibility into strategic programs, delivery performance, resource demands, risks, dependencies, and client obligations • Deliver actionable insights to leadership • Support strategic planning and execution aligned with growth objectives, modernization efforts, contractual commitments, and operational priorities • Help leadership prioritize initiatives and balance competing demands • Evaluate PMO organizational effectiveness, resource capacity, talent development, and succession planning needs • Serve as a trusted advisor to account and regional leadership • Provide objective analysis, identify risks and opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive execution excellence, client satisfaction, and business performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program, portfolio, or delivery leadership across complex software implementations and production support • Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, pharmacy, or government technology • Proven accountability for large portfolios, budgets, and client implementations • Measurable results in delivery, program recovery, and operational improvement • Ability to learn unfamiliar products and environments quickly • Sound judgment and effective action with incomplete information • Experience directly leading PMs and delivery leaders • Demonstrated success coaching PMs and delivery leaders into greater capability and independent ownership • Expertise in integrated planning, capacity forecasting, release readiness, dependency management, and risk mitigation • Financial and operational judgment • Ability to align matrixed, offshore, and globally distributed teams • Ability to challenge commitments constructively and resolve conflict • Clear communication with executives and clients
