📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients and be responsible for overall client satisfaction • Lead and manage account and contractual aspects, including planning, scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, confidentiality, and workload and financial-results reporting • Manage an operating budget with P/L responsibility, including monthly accrual and revenue and expense projections • Introduce, negotiate, and implement new projects to expand the engagement scope • Develop and maintain project status reporting to track, monitor, and complete contract deliverables on time • Work with Senior Management to develop and implement a strategic business plan • Monitor and communicate progress with internal and external clients and stakeholders • Identify and manage risks and communicate consistently and effectively • Attend client stakeholder status meetings and present contract-work results • Provide analysis and expertise when compiling and reporting operational results and contract deliverables • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to technology, processes, products, and services • Identify opportunities for value-added services with clients and stakeholders • Participate in and contribute to quality management efforts

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS (Business/IT/Accounting/Healthcare preferred) • 5+ years of client management/presentation/supervisory experience • 3+ years of Medicaid/Medicare/Public Health experience • General knowledge of the Medicaid program, particularly coordination of benefit, coverage, and payment rules preferred • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications • Advanced technical knowledge is a plus • Ability to function well in a highly collaborative environment and manage relationships across task orders, multiple functional areas, and physical and virtual locations • Travel may be required up to 25% for client meetings
