📋 Description

• Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects • Develop and implement standard Test CoE processes, templates, and guidelines • Plan, track, and report testing metrics regularly, taking corrective actions as needed • Supervise and manage work allocation, demand management, and resource capacity • Monitor productivity and bandwidth to ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects • Finalize and manage training plans for project resources • Manage project scope, issues, and changes; conduct risk assessments • Support testing risk mitigation plans and adhere to internal/external audit requirements • Collaborate with functional, regression, performance, automation, TDM, environment support, and release management teams • Ensure day-to-day client management, service delivery scope, schedule, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with at least 4 years in a leadership role • Familiarity with healthcare • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM) • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting • Experience in managing large-scale projects and distributed teams • Experience with SQL for test data and backend validation • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
