📋 Description

• Design, document, execute, and automate tests to ensure product stability and quality. • Coordinate multiple testing projects with multidisciplinary teams distributed globally. • Participate in Agile processes and promote quality best practices. • Implement and optimize automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. • Leverage AI agents and LLM-based tools for test case generation, regression analysis, and QA process automation. • Design intelligent testing solutions that interact with APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems. • Evaluate and implement AI-driven testing platforms to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, QA, or project management within Agile environments. • Experience with SaaS products, modern JavaScript applications, or web solutions. • Strong knowledge of APIs, browsers, servers, security, and performance. • Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD processes. • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-based tools, and prompt-engineering techniques applied to testing. • Ability to program in a modern programming language. • Experience mentoring technical teams is highly valued.
