📋 Description

• Enter and verify claims information, supporting documentation, and healthcare records with a high degree of accuracy • Review claims forms and related documents to ensure data is complete, accurate, and compliant with established procedures • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and member information • Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while managing daily workloads • Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications to support claims processing and operational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum two years of experience in data entry, administrative support, claims processing, healthcare operations, or a related field • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments in a remote environment
