• Supervise daily pharmacy operations supporting provider and member call center services, prior authorization functions, pharmacy claims review activities, and related operational workflows • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate team members while overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development activities • Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, staffing levels, KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are consistently achieved • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, quality teams, training staff, clients, and business partners to support process improvements, operational initiatives, and compliance requirements • Support reporting, audit readiness, documentation maintenance, issue resolution, and special projects while fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
• 3+ years of experience in managed care, Medicaid, PBM, pharmacy operations, healthcare call center operations, prior authorization, or related healthcare environments • 2+ years of leadership experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, training, or managing operational teams • Experience managing performance metrics, productivity goals, quality standards, KPIs, SLAs, staffing levels, and operational reporting • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, reporting tools, and operational systems • Experience supporting Medicaid pharmacy claims processing, prior authorization programs, pharmacy operations, or healthcare services preferred
