📋 Description

• Support members, medical providers, and pharmacy providers with pharmacy benefit, claims, and prior authorization inquiries • Handle incoming and outgoing calls while providing clear, professional, and accurate information • Process and prioritize requests based on established procedures, client requirements, and urgency • Research claim status, rejection reasons, medication coverage, benefit information, and appropriate next steps • Accurately document interactions • Assist with inquiries received through phone, fax, email, web, or other supported communication channels • Track productivity and support PBM clinical and technical call center operations

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Mississippi • Must hold an active, current Mississippi Pharmacy Technician registration with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy • Approximately 3 years of relevant Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, hospital, PBM, managed care, health insurance, specialty, or a similar pharmacy environment • Experience with pharmacy claims, prior authorizations, prescription benefits, medication terminology, and member/provider support • Strong customer service, communication, computer, organization, and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, production-focused remote environment
