📋 Description

• Create and implement complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large or multiple high-complexity projects • Determine the need for and impact of project scope changes and implement recommendations • Obtain stakeholder concurrence, approval, and consensus on project aspects • Identify resources and staff projects • Organize project teams and ensure communication about deadlines, assignments, and objectives • Act as point of contact with client project management • Identify staffing changes or needs as projects progress • Manage costs, schedules, quality, deliverables, budgets, and timelines • Review project status, identify risks, and implement mitigation solutions • Anticipate and manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules • Identify and implement additional resource needs • Gather information about potential solutions and project objectives • Manage expectations among clients, company management, and project teams using project metrics • Recommend and implement changes or alternate paths based on performance metrics • Develop presentations supporting expanded business opportunities • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls • Manage client expectations and balance company and client needs • Oversee assigned project personnel, assign work, and provide direction • Address performance issues and provide performance input at project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred • Twelve or more years of project planning/management experience • Experience with project management methodologies such as Catalyst • Experience with budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies • Experience with project management software • Experience with finance and accounting concepts and practices • Experience with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness • Experience with administrative processes • Experience with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors • Experience with delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures • Experience with architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases • Strong organizational, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Strong communication skills • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Must be based in the United States
