📋 Description

• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in process improvement methodologies, providing strategic guidance and consultation to business leaders and stakeholders • Lead highly complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives impacting operational performance, customer outcomes, quality, and efficiency • Analyze organizational processes, performance metrics, operational data, and business challenges to identify enterprise-level improvement opportunities • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence methodologies to solve complex business problems • Facilitate executive-level discussions, workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analyses • Design and implement innovative process solutions balancing operational, technical, regulatory, and business requirements • Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement roadmaps • Evaluate interdependencies across functions, systems, processes, and organizational structures • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and measurement frameworks • Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, business cases, and executive presentations • Lead adoption and maturation of continuous improvement practices across business units • Guide project teams and stakeholders in applying process improvement methodologies and best practices • Contribute to organizational standards, methodologies, policies, and governance for process excellence • Mentor and coach process improvement practitioners and operational leaders • Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and business leaders • Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 8 or more years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, consulting, or related disciplines • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes • Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence methodologies • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification strongly preferred • Extensive experience facilitating executive stakeholder engagements, strategic workshops, process redesign efforts, and transformational improvement activities • Expertise in process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, performance measurement, and change management methodologies • Strong ability to analyze complex operational environments and develop innovative solutions to multifaceted business challenges • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change without direct authority • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect process improvement initiatives to enterprise goals and strategic objectives • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, communication, consulting, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and navigate ambiguity in complex business environments
