📋 Description

• Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and elevate complex cases as needed • Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm resolution • Adhere to client SLAs and meet production targets • Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to resolve inquiries • Cross-train new resources in customer service processes • Review and recommend changes to procedures and workflow to improve inquiry processing

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled in Microsoft Word Applications and general PC knowledge • Ability to work independently • Adhere to Gainwell Attendance Policy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Skilled at working independently and collaboratively • Minimum broadband speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload for remote work • Home office or room with a door required • Availability to work 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 10-minute morning break and a 10-minute afternoon break
