📋 Description

• Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and elevate complex cases as needed • Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up with clients to confirm resolution • Adhere to client SLAs and consistently meet production targets • Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to resolve inquiries • Cross-train new resources in customer service processes • Review and recommend changes to procedures and workflow to improve inquiry processing

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled in Microsoft Word Applications and general PC knowledge • Production experience one year minimum • Strong organizational and time management skills • Skilled at working independently and collaboratively • Broadband Internet connection with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload for remote work • Home office or room with a door to separate from anyone in the house • Availability for hours of 8am–4:30pm • Must meet the client’s SLAs and production targets
