📋 Description

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data • Be a productive member of the team • Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations • Maintain time management, attendance, and punctuality • Perform data entry • Maintain focus and meet performance expectations while working remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a metric driven environment • Experience using multiple monitors and systems • Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically • Experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations • Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent • Data entry skills • Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door • Broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 MBS download and 8 MBS upload • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Reliable attendance and punctuality
