• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data • Be a productive member of the team • Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations • Maintain time management, attendance, and punctuality • Perform data entry • Maintain focus and meet performance expectations while working remotely • Adhere to company policies
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working in a metric-driven environment • Experience using multiple monitors and systems • Experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid • Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations • Ability to learn and ask questions to become independent • Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Broadband internet with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
