📋 Description

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data • Answer inbound calls where necessary • Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations • Maintain time management, attendance, and punctuality • Work independently in a metric-driven environment • Meet service level agreements and contractual obligations • Handle face-to-face interactions • Travel throughout the state of Delaware as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a metric driven environment • Experience working independently • Experience working in the Healthcare industry, Medicaid specifically • Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations • Ability to handle face to face interactions • Ability to travel throughout the state of DE • Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Broadband Internet connection with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
