📋 Description

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data • Answer inbound calls where necessary • Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and legal regulations • Maintain time management, attendance, and punctuality • Travel throughout the state of Delaware • Work independently while meeting service-level and contractual obligations • Handle face-to-face interactions with providers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a metric-driven environment • Experience working independently • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid • Experience meeting service-level agreements and contractual obligations • Ability to handle face-to-face interactions • Ability to travel throughout the state of Delaware • Dedicated home office or private workspace with a door • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Broadband internet with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
