📋 Description

• Head up workstreams to design, develop, test, and install complex applications software spanning server, client, and web components • Help guide connections between application architects and developers to ensure accurate design requirements and solid client ROI • Write highly complex design, coding, and testing documentation • Perform development, domain, application design, web service, and database methodologies and best practices • Serve as a technical consultant to senior management for complex projects • Modify existing applications and design new application modules and components

🎯 Requirements

• 6 or more years of application, web and product design and support experience across the development life cycle • Experience preferred working with Medicaid and Medicare technologies • Strong foundation in software and product design methodologies • Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, web development, and application implementation across the development life cycle • Expertise in application development policies and procedures • Ability to analyze costing and budgets to determine financial feasibility • Skilled in design and programming across programming languages and environments as needed • Written and oral communication skills effective across application developers, clients, and leadership • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
