📋 Description

• Execute visually compelling designs for digital and print channels, including streaming health platforms, portal products, email, print materials, presentations, and video assets • Collaborate with writers, strategists, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions • Support the design process from concept through final execution under the direction of senior designers and project leads • Apply and help maintain design templates, style guides, and design systems • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies • Manage individual design tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and communicate design rationale • Ensure design assets meet performance and usability standards across platforms and devices • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all design work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field • Portfolio showcasing a range of design work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Sketch; Figma; or similar tools • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout • Familiarity with email design, print production, and portal/web interfaces • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • Familiarity with web and mobile design, responsive design, and UX principles is a plus • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality-focused skills • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
