📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning programs and training materials, including virtual, instructor-led, and eLearning formats • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create effective learning solutions • Conduct training needs analyses • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs • Develop online learning content using course authoring tools and learning technologies • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards • Continuously improve training content to support employee performance and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design • Experience creating and delivering training materials and learning programs • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
