📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects • Work with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers to ensure applications meet business needs • Translate business objectives into technical solutions • Support the software development lifecycle from inception to implementation • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle • Create and maintain SOWs, user stories, process flows, and training materials • Support user acceptance testing, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users during testing and go-live • Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management • Analyze impacts, manage risks, and communicate project updates • Coordinate business analyst team activities on IT projects • Guide and support newer team members • Quantify anticipated solution approaches and business impact using analytical and relational database capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, and Documentation • 3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse • Skilled in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts • Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners • Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus
